Commercial Consultants Corporation specializes in the development of commercial and warehouse/industrial properties. Our company has completed numerous build-to-suit projects for tenants such as the State of Florida, Xerox Corporation, Sprint, Centel Cellular, Alltel, the South Georgia Grocery Co. Freightliner, American Tire, Penske, and others. From office and storage facilities to specialized towers and switch centers, CCC is experienced in start-to-finish commercial construction. Featured New Construction Project
The Pavilions, Tallahassee, FL
This 35,000 square foot “call center,” constructed in a forest of live oaks, was a “build to suit” project in Tallahassee, Florida. It was built as the regional headquarters for Alltel Communications. The building was elevated 12' above flood plain and to provide covered parking spaces.

Industrial/Warehouse Projects
CCCP
Capital Circle Commerce Park is a 58 acre redevelopment project. Purchased by Terrance Fregly from Bayliner Marine Corporation in 2001, the park has expanded from the original production facility. Expansion includes a 50,000 sq. ft. facility for American Tire, a 7000 sq. ft. facility for Penske and a 15,000 sq. ft. facility for Four Star Freightliner.
Office Expansion Projects
Blairstone Corporate Center - Tallahassee, FL
This 180,000 SF project included a five-story building and a three-level, 325 Space precast parking structure. The project was completed on schedule and under budget, in spite of two hurricanes that impacted the area during the constructed period.
Office Redevelopment Projects
Commercial Consultants Corporation has completed redevelopment projects for state agencies, law firms and others.

Exterior renovation of this 38,000 square foot warehouse (7 acre) site included new slab up construction (roof, walls and mechanical). Interior design included finishing as a supply distribution facility with 24’ height and pallet shelves, movable high-density files and storage equipment.

1801 South Monroe Street - Tallahassee, FL
Renovation of an obsolete general purpose warehouse (55,000 square feet) into a downtown record storage facility. Project included removal of 30 feet of building for additional parking, a new facade, re-roof, addition of loading docks, new paving, and stormwater detention and retention facility.

Big Bend Towers
Commercial Consultants Corporation has brokered the acquisition of properties for Alltel (now Verizon), as well as other cellular carriers of numerous cellular tower sites in Gainesville and North Florida, including, Tallahassee, Panama City, and Pensacola.
