Scott Cameron has lived in Florida since 1974. He currently owns Cameron Real Estate Services, Inc. in Naples, Florida. Scott opened Cameron Real Estate Services, Inc. in July 1991. In September 2009 Scott also became the Broker for Commercial Consultants Corporation. As a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) of the National Institute, Scott's principal area of service is in the field of real estate investments and tax implications. He specializes in Commercial and Investment Real Estate sales and leasing and Commercial Property Management. Scott is a former and/or current board member of the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce, The Naples Concert Band, The Naples Area Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and Rotary. He has also served as Chairman of the Economic Development Council, and serves as Founding President of Friends of the Naples Airport. Scott is currently President of the Southwest Florida Land Preservation Trust and the David Lawrence Center. He is a graduate of Leadership Florida and of Leadership Collier and he has served on the Board of Regents of Leadership Florida.

In February 2006, after the death of the company’s Founder, Terry Fregly, Joan took over the day to day management of Commercial Consultants Corporation. With a business plan developed by Terry Fregly, CCC continues to broker, lease, build and manage properties in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina. The current staff at CCC has over 25 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate Development and Brokerage business. Since 2006 Joan has continued to manage, acquire and expand properties owned by the Fregly family.

Alice Varney, Florida Licensed Commercial Real Estate Salesperson, moved back to her hometown of Tallahassee and joined Commercial Consultants Corporation as Commercial Property Manager in 1992. Since that time, Alice has received her sales license, and can help clients who are interested in income producing properties, as well as those looking for experienced property management. Prior to 1992, Alice was a Broker/Partner with Maine Coast Real Estate in Old Orchard Beach, Maine. This experience, coupled with her years with CCC, gives Alice more than 25 years experience in the commercial areas of real estate and property management. Her forte has been with Regional and National corporate tenants and the State of Florida leasing, which has been a huge asset to Commercial Consultants Corporation
