Commercial Consultants Corporation (CCC) has been in business since 1973 and was started by Terrance H. Fregly. The firm specializes in the Brokerage and Development of Commercial (Retail) and Warehouse-Industrial properties. CCC and several other operating partnerships, developed and continues to manage over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial space in multi-state: Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, and in Salt Lake City, Utah.

CCC currently has several properties under development in Utah and Florida, and space available in most segments of the Tallahassee, Florida market, with respect to office and warehouse projects from 1,000 SF to 10,000 SF in existing buildings and 5,000 SF to 50,000 SF in several projects scheduled to come online in this year. The company holds numerous permitted land parcels where build-to-suit, for office and warehouse users, could be started and completed for the corporate user.

Commercial Consultants Corporation also enjoys the leadership in office and warehouse leasing and brokerage in the Tallahassee market and can provide all services including tenant representation and office design/build in partnership with the Haskell Company of Jacksonville, Florida. The company has completed numerous build-to-suit projects for such tenants as the State of Florida, Xerox, Sprint, Centel Cellular, 360 Communications, Alltel, the South Georgia Grocery Co., and others.
